curated wines that get better value the more you spend. Classic cocktails and our signature King
William Gin Gimlet, there’s nothing “run of the mill” about our bar selection.
Dine
King William Bath is the perfect environment for lazy lunches, tasty suppers or just the chance to relax after a day exploring the surrounding countryside or wonderful city of Bath. In the summer months, the seating extends onto the sun-filled terrace for alfresco dining. Our talented kitchen team are committed to cooking fresh seasonal produce simply well. Meat and eggs from local farms, fish from the Cornwall coast and fresh breads baked in our woodfired oven. The bar is also kept well-stocked with delicious snacks that are available throughout the day, the perfect end to a day filled with discovery.

Southview Farm Eggs
Here at Southview we have a flock of over 6000 hens which are all free
range and roam outside to their heart’s content. They enjoy foraging in
the fresh air amongst our young willow trees. The combination of feeding
a responsibly sourced, high-quality, sustainable diet along with providing
fresh pasture and a natural habitat means our customers keep coming
back and we enjoy hearing how great our eggs taste!

Sommer Valley Farm
At Somer Valley Farms, we believe that food tastes better if you know
exactly where it comes from. And are completely confident of what’s gone into it.
We’ve been farming in the West Country for generations. We respect the
land and believe in doing things the right way. Which is often the
traditional way. We don’t rely on chemicals to grow more. Instead, we use
soil science and rotation to keep our fields fertile and rich. We prize our
animals, treat them well, and make sure they lead a natural life.
